Possession in Lahore Smart City

 

Possession and balloting have been announced for Lahore Smart City's Overseas Prime (formerly known as Sector A & B).

The possession will be handed over during an official possession ceremony on December 24, 2022.

Who is Eligible for Possession in Lahore Smart City?

Members who completed their installments on time will be eligible for possession. To obtain possession of the Overseas Prime block of Lahore Smart City, however, the plot/villa must be paid in full.

What are the development charges?     

The development fees for occupiable sites have not yet been disclosed. Another piece of good news!

It indicates that no development costs will be necessary to get ownership at this time. However, when the development costs are disclosed for all members, they WILL BE PAYABLE.

To make it easier for members to build their homes, management has decided to begin collecting development fees next year.

In due order, notification of the start of the possession process will be released.
