Capital Smart City Overseas Central Block Balloting Announced

 Islamabad: Officials from the Capital Smart City have finally revealed the balloting date for the much-anticipated Overseas Central Block. The balloting technique is necessary owing to the limited number of Acknowledge Receipts.

The Overseas Block in Capital Smart City is a one-of-a-kind addition to the housing society. Officials launched the overseas part of Capital Smart City in February 2018. The housing society's luxury block offers the most opulent and elegant facilities in a serene location, with the goal of attracting international investors.

Future Development Holdings Pvt. Ltd. personnel, according to press sources, wrote a letter with the reference number FDHL/M&S/08/22/043 on February 12, 2022. The balloting deadline has been extended by one month due to the unavailability of the Acknowledgement Receipt for an extra month. According to press reports, the Capital Smart City Overseas Block balloting will take place on March 12, 2022.
